My sister is going off to college tomorrow along with my cousin, a couple neighbors, and family friends. I haven't done much lately with Jeremiah 31:3 ministries, but I am doing something now. I am calling it "No Empty Mailboxes" or #noemptymailboxes. I don't want a college student to go to their school mailbox, look and not find any mail. That might make them a little more sad and a little more homesick. On the other hand, if they open their mailbox to find a card, letter, small gift, or even better, a package, it might turn their whole day around! What do you think? If you agree, do you want to help me with Project No Empty Mailboxes? I hope you said yes! Here's a couple ways you can help bring cheer to homesick or lonely students: 1. If you want to send mail to students, contact me under the "Contact" tab and I will help you from there. 2. If you want to help bring cheer other than sending mail to students. Like by buying and donating items for care packages or by donating money for postage, contact me under the "Contact" tab and I will help you from there. 3. If you cannot help financially, please help these college students by praying for them as they begin this phase of life. If you know a college student that would love to receive some sunshine, contact me under the "Contact" tab with their address, some of their favorite things, hobbies, etc. and I will help you from there! (I will never share the address with anyone I don't personally trust.) Thank you! I hope we, together, can bring some smiles and let these college students know that they are loved by us and by The King who created them. Thank you in advance for your help! UPDATE: I just sent out a small package of fun, usefulness, and stress relief to a college student named Aspen. I really hope she enjoys it! Do you want something like this? Contact me under the "Contact" tab! UPDATE:
I recently gave my sister's three roommates little gifts. :) Chocolate included! Oh and I gave Sarah (my sister) a sunshine package too but I forgot to snap a pic. Oh well. Are you a college student interested in receiving happy mail? Contact me under the "Contact" tab!

I recently made 12 microwavable neck warmers for our local nursing home. They have only like 10-12 residents so I only had to make a few, not like 50 for other nursing homes around here! :) The warmers were supper easy to make and so much fun too! I love to sew and I love service projects so I gathered up some scraps and bought some rice and made this happen! I know each and every one is going to bless whoever receives it. I hope this encourages you to pass the love on or to pay it forward. Everyone deserves to know that the love of God for them is indescribable! Can you help get that message out?
Hey everyone! The pencil drive I hosted the past couple weeks has come to an end and I am pleased to report we collected 435 pencils for children in Liberia!!!! YEA!!!!!! Thank you to everyone who donated pencils! Now I have one more challenge for you. If you would like to help buy some pencils sharpeners to send along with the pencils, visit Jeremiah 31:3 Ministries's Amazon Wish list to order. Thank you so much!! :)
I found this awesome pin on Pinterest (click below to see!) that I thought would be fun to give to the people I know around me that serve. Like my Pastors, youth leaders, favorite cashiers, Police Officers I know, and many more! :) So I printed it out and filled in and made 14 to encourage the people who serve for me and my community! :) I will be handing these
Today I went to our local nursing to visit my grandma. Before I went, I decided to bring three gifts for other female residents. So I made up three little pampering gifts and left two of them with a note on unsuspecting resident's doors, and the last one I left on a table where everyone sits! :) There are many senior citizens who are lonely and/or depressed. I know personally a few people. So I love to focus my service projects and acts of kindness toward senior citizens and nursing home residents when I can! I also want to thank Wendy for her donation and making this project happen! You made at least three people smile today!
I am hosting a pencil drive for kids in Liberia, Africa! Sound likes fun right? Well I'm hoping it will be. Have you ever heard of International Children's Fund? You can learn more about them and what they do at www.icfaid.org. I contacted them and she said they will donate the pencils Liberia. So I am having a pencil drive! :) Do you want to help and donate pencils? If you are local you can bring pencils to me between the dates of April 24th - May 15th. Or if you are not local, you can ship them to me! Contact me under the "Contact" tab above for an address to which to send pencils to. Thanks in advance for helping to send pencils to children who need them! :)
My brother Isaac does soccer at the local YMCA. So I went with him last night to do some kindness bombing! :) I bought the cookies and added this adorable tag found at www.creativecapitalb.com. I love the tag and I use it a lot! :) I left these little "smile gifts" in the bathrooms, water fountains, tables, and benches. Or basically anywhere I could. I wish I would have brought more than ten though. But I guess I know for next time. Right? :) It is so much fun to kindness bomb and also... leave Sticky Notes of Hope!!! :) I left these in the women's bathroom. The nice thing about the YMCA, is there are a LOT of stalls! So a lot of chances to spread love. Is there somewhere local you can go kindness bomb? I challenge you to do so. It is so much to bomb places with kindness! Because you can bless so many people at one time and show God's love in such an easy way.
Today, I made a bunch of little treats and I plan to hand them out to people tomorrow. My younger siblings have therapy sessions, and I usually go with anyway. There are offices surrounding the therapy building that I will go to and bring them a treat and show them God's love. :) The super printable I used, I found at www.creativecapitalb.com Thanks Sky! I love it! :)
Today I am going to share with you the cards I use for projects. You are more than welcome to use it for (personal use) acts of love, kindness, service projects, or anything you want to do to share God's love with others. If you do something and want to share it here, reach me under the "contact" button and I will post your story!
A family our neighbor's used to watch, just lost their little girl. She was 18 months old and her name was Heidi... Please pray for their family as they go through this. I wanted to do something for this family and their three other little girls. So I made this gift for the girls, and added a note of encouragement for mom and dad. I want to do one more thing for this precious family. Since Heidi was 18 months, I am going to complete 18 acts of kindness in her honor. I will do a follow up post on that so come back and please be in prayer for this family. If you know someone who could use some love or encouragement, please reach me in the "Contact" part of my website and I will do what I can to offer that person/family love with Jeremiah 31:3 Ministries.
